Fish friends,

Merry fishmas and happy holidays! Thanks so much for your support this year. We wanted to share a few end-of-year updates. First, we’re so thankful for all of your support on Give Miami Day. We raised $11,079.86 for seafood education! We’re also grateful for a recent grant from Whole Foods. We’re now only a couple of thousand of dollars away from raising $15,000 to match a grant we received this year from the Curtis and Edith Munson Foundation. Can you help us with an end of year, tax-deductible donation? And if you’re looking for some last minute gifts for the seafoodie on your list, check out our 2021 Gift Guide.

Fresh from Florida caviar, tilapia, hybrid striped bass

We had a great time learning about how the Evans family raises different species of sturgeon right here in Florida. We’re featuring their farm in the next episode of our web series, so stay tuned! Head over to our instagram for more shots from our shoot. (If you want to try some of their caviar for your holiday party, check out Anastasia Caviar.)

Cesar on Boat Trip

This past June founder Sarah Curry was interviewed for the new Weather Channel show Uncharted Adventures. Sarah helped the host find some sustainable seafood in the Keys in the first episode of the series. (Spoiler alert, they ate lionfish sushi at Castaways Restaurant.) We’ll share a link when it’s available online.
